Pay for the services you choose—not for things you don't need. A wedding-day coordinator is not an all-inclusive vendor team. If timelines, website setup or vendor check-ins are already included in your package, they are not billed twice. We discuss extra travel, rentals, staffing or supplies before booking; signed agreements keep their terms.
Need to add guests or wedding-party flowers?
Keep your original agreement. Request a written add-on change: $25–$30 per extra guest, $35 per bridesmaid bouquet or $7 per groomsman boutonniere when not already included. Date changes requested after seven days carry a flat $250 fee. All changes are reviewed before approval.
