This policy explains how CRE8SIT handles account, booking, event, payment, media, staff, wedding-site, support and Smart-feature information.
Payment-card numbers are generally processed by the payment provider rather than stored directly by CRE8SIT.
CRE8SIT supports photography, videography, content creation, wedding planning, gallery, proofing, event and communication workflows. Media you upload or that is created as part of contracted services may be stored and processed to deliver those services. Visibility depends on the feature, your project settings, and any signed agreement.
Some workforce or event features may request location, camera, microphone, photo-library or notification access. For example, staff time-clock features may use device location when that feature is enabled. Device permissions are controlled through your browser or operating system. CRE8SIT should only request a permission when a feature reasonably needs it.
When you use a Smart assistant, generation tool, search helper, captioning feature or other Smart function, relevant project context, prompts, selected records or uploaded material may be processed by service providers needed to produce the requested output. CRE8SIT aims to limit the information used to what is reasonably necessary for the requested function. Smart output may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not change a signed contract, invoice, payment obligation or project authority unless an authorized person separately approves that change.
CRE8SIT does not sell your personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate CRE8SIT; payment processors; assigned staff, contractors, vendors or collaborators who need information to perform an authorized service; people you intentionally invite into a project; or legal authorities when required.
Public wedding-site, RSVP, gallery or event information is published only through features you or an authorized project contact choose to use. Public-facing details should be reviewed before publication.
CRE8SIT is primarily a client and business-service platform, not a child-directed learning service. Events and family projects can still include information about minors, such as a child’s name in a wedding party, guest list, childcare roster or photo. Adults submitting that information are responsible for having appropriate authority. Learn4Legacy maintains separate children and student privacy notices for its education service.
CRE8SIT uses authenticated access controls and separates public information from client, staff and administrative records. Sensitive files can be stored privately and short-lived access links may be used where supported. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise zero risk.
CRE8SIT retains personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, contracted deliverables, transaction records, fraud prevention, security, tax/accounting obligations, disputes or other legitimate legal and business purposes. When information is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted, de-identified or otherwise handled as permitted by law.
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal account data by contacting team@cre8sit.com or using Support. Some financial, contract, tax, safety, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained even after an account-facing profile is removed.
