Clear rules for using CRE8SIT.

By using CRE8SIT, you agree to these general Terms. If you have a signed service agreement, booking contract, approved quote, change order or other project-specific writing, those project-specific terms control to the extent they conflict with this page.

• Provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
• Use only accounts, projects and records you are authorized to access.
• Do not impersonate another person or bypass role, portal or privacy controls.
• Clients are responsible for people they intentionally invite into a project unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Prices, retainers, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation rules, shipping, overtime, revisions, travel and other service-specific terms are shown in your booking flow, quote, invoice, policy page or signed agreement. Do not rely on a general site summary when a signed agreement contains more specific terms.

Once your booking is signed, added guests beyond the agreed count are quoted as a written change order at $25 per additional guest for standard service or $30 per additional guest for higher-service coverage. CRE8SIT verifies the agreement, guest-count history and venue/provider availability before approving new headcount. Extra staffing, venue or supplier charges not included in the guest fee require a separate estimate and written agreement.

Added wedding-party members are quoted according to the planning scope ($50 each for planning or $75 each with rehearsal management). When the signed package does not include the additional flowers requested, bridesmaid bouquets are $35 each and groomsmen boutonnieres are $7 each. Items already included in the signed package are not charged twice.

For new bookings under the current policy, a date-change request made at least seven days after the booking/signature incurs a flat $250 change fee regardless of the original wedding date. Requests during the first seven days follow the signed agreement and are reviewed individually; no automatic free change is promised. A new date is always subject to availability and written approval. No date, scope or payment obligation is changed merely by sending a request; existing project-specific signed terms control if different.

Photography, videography, content creation, planning, décor, gallery, proofing and other creative services are subject to the scope, delivery schedule, revision limits, usage rights and selection rules in the applicable package and signed agreement. Purchasing a service does not automatically transfer RAW files, working files, every captured frame or intellectual-property ownership unless the agreement expressly says so.

Smart features may summarize project information, draft messages, help organize tasks or produce other generated output. Smart output can be wrong or incomplete and cannot independently alter signed contract terms, invoices, payment balances, guest permissions, staff authority or client approvals.

• Do not use CRE8SIT for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, harassing or infringing activity.
• Do not scrape protected data, defeat security controls or interfere with another user’s access.
• Do not publish private wedding, guest, client, staff or vendor information without authority.
• CRE8SIT may restrict access when reasonably needed for safety, security, nonpayment, abuse investigation, legal compliance or enforcement of applicable terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to any rights granted in a signed service agreement. You grant CRE8SIT the limited rights needed to store, process, display, transmit and use that content to provide the feature or contracted service you requested. CRE8SIT branding, software, original interfaces and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRE8SIT does not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular event, business or creative outcome when factors outside its reasonable control affect performance. Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages are limited where permitted by law.
